• I lost the label or insert—can you help?

  Yes. Just contact us, and we’ll provide the dosing instructions for the same product, based on your pet’s weight.  You can also find everything you need to know on the product page for the remedy on our website.

• I missed a dose—should I double up?

  No. Just continue with your next scheduled dose. Homeopathic remedies don’t work better with extra doses, sticking to the suggested schedule is best.

• It’s been 6 weeks and I see no improvement—now what?

  That can happen—homeopathy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Contact us so we can ask a few questions and support you in finding an adjustment plan, solution, or alternative remedy.

• The pellets aren’t dissolving—normal?

  Absolutely. They’re made of sugar (sucrose) and may not dissolve instantly. They’re still effective — you can crush them or let them sit for a few minutes in water if needed.
